We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process. 1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to process the return.

Certain types of products, such as customized or personalized items, may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.


2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Send an email to jadhavketan148@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include the following details:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for the return
    • Attach any photos of damaged or defective items (if applicable)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
  • Customized or personalized products.

For safety reasons, used or opened fitness equipment cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged upon receipt.


4. Refunds Process

Once we receive your returned product, the following process will apply:

  2. Refund Approval: If the item is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If the return is rejected (due to product damage, missing parts, or other issues), we will notify you via email.
  3. Refund Amount: The refund will cover the cost of the product minus any original shipping fees. If the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part, we will also refund any shipping charges you paid.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please follow the return process mentioned above and specify in your email that you are requesting an exchange. We will ship the replacement product once we receive and approve your returned item.


6. Defective or Damaged Products

We will provide a return shipping label, and once we receive the defective product, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
